Neon Arrow Puzzle Data Deletion Instructions
Neon Arrow Puzzle currently does not maintain a separate player account database. Game progress is stored using Meta Instant Games Player Data.
Option 1 — Remove the app through Facebook
- Open Facebook Settings.
- Go to the section for Apps and Websites / games connected to your account (the exact label may vary by device).
- Find Neon Arrow Puzzle.
- Choose the option to remove the app/game and follow Facebook's confirmation steps.
Option 2 — Send a deletion request
If you want us to verify whether we hold any developer-controlled data associated with your use of Neon Arrow Puzzle, email contact@shutterprod.com with the subject Neon Arrow Puzzle Data Deletion Request. Include enough information for us to identify the request, but do not send your Facebook password, access token, or payment information.
Because the current game does not maintain a separate user database, in most cases there will be no additional developer-held player account record to delete beyond data handled through Meta's Instant Games platform.
